What is a lifestyle assessment?
The process is very simple; you probably joined the gym for a reason, whether it is to lose, maintain or gain weight. In order for you to know where you are going, you need to know where you are at the present moment.
Our aim is to help you find your way by taking basic measurements and guiding you through the obstacles you might encounter.
What does it cost?
A lifestyle assessment is a FREE service rendered by the club and is recommended every 4-6 weeks.
You’ll benefit from using the equipment correctly, so please ensure that you gain instruction from our staff. No instruction or supervision may be given or received by any other person than an appointed staff member or personal trainer of The Training Edge Health Clubs
How do I go about doing a lifestyle assessment?
Lifestyle assessments are only done by appointment. Appointments can be done at our reception or send us a request on our contact page.
Something to remember?
The human body adapts within 4 to 6 weeks to any exercise program. As the body changes and adapts, the diet, exercise and supplementation program must also change.
