• All participants must wear suitable shoes and attire.
• Please arrive on time. The warm-up is important to avoid injury.
• For safety reasons, do not enter a class if you are more than 10 min late.
• Inform the instructor if you are pregnant, carrying or recovering from any injuries or if you are new to the class.
• Do not do your own routine. This is discourteous and distracting to your fellow members and instructors.
• All equipment should be returned to its proper storage area.
• Try to avoid leaving the class before it has finished in order to incorporate the stretch and cool down routines.
• Always make use of your own sweat towel while working out.
